How can Therapy for Change help me?

Therapy for Change is dedicated to working towards helping our client’s feel happy and fulfilled. We use various treatment modalities including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and a Client Centered approach, depending on the needs of our client’s. Our LMHC and founder, Celia Harrilal, has spent the last several years providing therapeutic and assessment services to children, adolescents and adults suffering from a variety of mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, conduct disorders, substance abuse and difficulty adjusting to life changes. Specializations include working with woman suffering from PCOS, adult children of alcoholics and individuals suffering from religious trauma syndrome.
